Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

In the event of disputes arising from or in connection with this contract, the parties will initially attempt to resolve them through good faith negotiations.
If no agreement can be reached, the dispute will be finally settled by an arbitrator appointed in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Zurich Chamber of Commerce. The proceedings will take place in Zurich and be conducted in English. Unless otherwise determined, the costs of the proceedings will be borne by the losing party. The right to seek interim injunctions remains available in a court in Zurich.
